🛍️ Claims & Refunds Policy

We strive to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please read our claims and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of payment, provided it has not yet been shipped.

• Once packaging or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Refund & Reshipment Eligibility

You are eligible to request a refund or reshipment if:

• Your order does not arrive within 30 days (excluding the 2–5 day processing window).

• You received the wrong item.

• You no longer want the product (item must be unused and returned at your own expense).

🚫 Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• The delivery is delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

• The delay is caused by external events beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.).

3. How to Submit a Claim

• Claims must be submitted via our Contact Us page within 15 days of delivery.

• Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Exchanges

Need a replacement (different size, color, or variant)?

• Please contact us first before returning any item.

• Do not return products without receiving our authorization, or your request may not be processed.
